I tried to hang the spice rack, but the molly bolt just twisted in the wall. Arg! I had to give up. I need help or I'm going to have to leave that screw in the wall and start over higher up.
I went out to take September photos for the blog and sidebar.
I like the shadows the trees make across the road and Morgan kindly picked this time to enter the picture.

Morgan knows when to make an entrance. :)
Sorry to hear about the spice rack. I'm not very technically capable, so I have no suggestions to offer.
Canning season is upon us. Are your girls still laying. I switch my ladies to 18% protein pellets so they can get nice and fat in preparation for our cold long winters.
Yes, long shadows always produce good pictures
We are sorry about your spice rack. Wish you were closer we would come over and help...
Great picture Morgan.. You look like part of the scenery..

That is a great picture with the shadows. I bet the chickens were very happy to get the cabbage.

My chickies looove cabbage, especially purple cabbage!
Glad you finally got your spice rack up (in the latest pots)!
You have beautiful chickens! Morgan is a cutie-pie/sweetheart, too! I have 8 chickens myself (after hounding my husband for 3 years, I finally wore him down!) I love reading other blogs about people's chickens - what characters they are! I'm one of your newest followers. Please check out my blog, too, when you get a chance. Thanks!
