Get Along Little Chickies

Morgan herding chickens
Morgan gets in the mood to move the chickens around when the chickens all gather to eat. I guess there is something about having the chickens all in one place and busy that starts up her herding instinct. The more active the chickens are the more Morgan wants to run around them, through them and generally make a pest of herself. Usually Morgan and the chickens are quiet.
The woodshed is pretty much filled. There is still a little room for maybe another row of wood and the kindling has to fit in there somewhere. I don't know where the straw went. There's more wood stacked than the last time I took a photo. There is still wood outside.

[3 eggs today]

At least Morgan just slowly herds them instead of running after them. Wow, lots of firewood. I don't have any yet.

lisa: Hope you get your wood all ready and stacked away ready for winter pretty soon.

Gus, Louie and Callie: Hey, I'm a girl. Morgan can be a girl's name. I'm going to ask my Mom to put on the blog that I'm a girl. I'd love to herd sheep with you, wish I was closer.

Becky's Barnyard: Morgan runs around the chickens and through them, but the chickens just get out of her way. She hasn't figured out how to get the chickens to move in a direction she wants. Poor Morgan.
