Old Christmas Tree Ornaments

What to do with old Christmas Tree Ornaments? My choices were to pack them up and store them, pack them and give them away, or divvy them up and put them on wreaths.

Here are all the plastic ornaments.

Here are all the metal ornaments.

Here are the wooden ornaments.

Here are the handmade walnut ornaments.

Here are the soft ornaments.

And here is Morgan.

Morgan is waiting and hoping that I will call her and tell her to sit and stay. Then I will fill her dish with her dinner and after making her wait I tell her "OK" and she will hurry over and eat.

There have been times when I have forgotten to release her from the sit/stay and she has sat for a long time waiting before I noticed. She is soooo good.

Kristine trained Morgan to wait for her dinner, to wait and let people in and out the door first, to heel, to come, to down and to stay. My job is to keep up with the program and not let Morgan forget her manners.

Kristine, says I spoil her and let her get away without minding. Well, yeh, maybe, a little...

That is a great idea. I have tons of ornaments and lights! I will have to think about doing that.

I love the wreath idea! I have a lot of old ornaments packed away. I don't use most of them anymore, but they hold great sentimental value and I don't want to get rid of them, either. I am going to have to try that wreath idea. Thanks!

Thats a brilliant idea to use old ornaments.
I would like to have a tree, that is the thing I love best, but with 5 cats it is definitley a no. no.
