I raked several paths, but still have about half to finish. The chickens are not a help. They follow me and scratch the leaves back over the paths.

The paths make it much easier to walk around without tripping over branches and pine cones.
I like the paths because they are pretty, are good exercise and I like being out in the forest.

You are lucky to live in a forest. It looks so quiet and inviting for a walk along your paths. The dappled light is lovely.
Our mom feels for you, although we dogs have some empathy for the chickens. Mom says you have a great looking stretch of earth there.
