Wow! It's My Sister! Never Thought To See The Sight!

November Quote

It is impossible to enjoy idling thoroughly
unless one has plenty of work to do.
Jerome K. Jerome

I'm grateful for rest, time-off, relaxing, fun, me-time.

Sharon, and her little dog, Bella
So sweet!

Even though she was forced by circumstances to come up here I'm still very glad she made the journey and can spend some time visiting. I tried to take some photos of Sharon and Bella outside tonight, but I don't have the camera on the right setting.

I am pathetic! :) I don't have a clue about how to change the flash setting. So, what do I do... I call for Kristine. She's magic. All she had to do is to take a photo with the camera and it flashed.  I'm posting the photo she took. Good grief... she is so good even a photo she took when she wasn't looking came out ok. Sigh.

I like how the apricot paint warmed up the entry area. And it looks ok next to the pale green in the in between room.

Today's riddle:
Two legs I have and this will confound: Only at rest do they touch the ground!
What am I?

The answer t yesterday's riddle is:
Friend

I haven't had enough caffeine to figure out the riddle, but it's nice you're getting some sister-time. :)

Hi Callie,
Glad your sister was able to make it for a visit. She's very pretty. The apricot paint looks GREAT and does warm up the room, too.

Thanks for the YouTube film on the birds. Loved it!

P.S: Hope your back is feeling much better.

After reading your blog for a while, you seem to be so very, very busy all the time, accomplishing a lot. It will be good for you to have some rest time and enjoy it with your sister.--Inger
